No Longer Accepting New Claims for Camp Lejeune Lawsuits

The Camp Lejeune Justice Act allows those who qualify to file lawsuits for Camp Lejeune water contamination within a two-year window following the bill’s passage in August 2022.

The deadline to file a Camp Lejeune claim is in August 2024.

As of July 31, 2024, we will no longer accept new claims for Camp Lejeune lawsuits. We thank everyone who participated and sought justice for the health issues caused by water contamination at the Camp Lejeune military base in North Carolina. What Happened?
